Job Description

Echelon 56 is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our travel medical insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Analysis and Improvement: Conduct trend analysis, identify performance gaps, and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
  2. Process Development and Maintenance: Design, improve, and maintain key quality reports, QA documents, and guides to ensure seamless workflow and accuracy.
  3. Root Cause Analysis and Communication: Conduct thorough root cause analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of quality data and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: Post-secondary education along with front-line experience in Travel Insurance Sales and/or Service, preferably three to five years' experience with Travel Medical Insurance.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to present creative ideas and solutions, strong skills in MS Office, and experience in analyzing key quality performance metrics and implementing quality procedures.
Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
