About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams on multiple Moulding and Automation Solutions programs.



Key Responsibilities

  • Establish back-end quality assurance processes, ensure Supplier and Customer sampling and control plan requirements are met, and direct dimensional control of ongoing programs.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate quality systems particular to assigned products, such as control plans, check fixture designs, and Customer sampling plans.
  • Participate in APQP tasks, assist in GD&T determination, and identify SPC requirements.
  • Obtain Customer approvals on all parts and quality systems, ensuring they meet Customer requirements and retaining documentation of same.
  • Ensure all products are at the appropriate engineering change level and maintain the highest possible Customer satisfaction rating.


Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate engineering or technical field.
  • ASQ "Certified Quality Engineer" certification is preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in quality manufacturing or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Able to read and interpret automotive engineering drawings and math data, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Working knowledge of statistical techniques, including experimental design, SPC, and charting.
  • Thorough understanding of dimensional measurement techniques.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
