At TRIGO Global Quality Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced quality professional to support the execution and confirmation of quality inspections in the production process of aircraft structural assemblies and components. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Executing technical inspections in accordance with design specifications, customers, and certification requirements;
  • Preparing and performing administrative, visual, and dimensional incoming inspections;
  • Using SAP-based and SAL-based IT systems to document inspections performed;
  • Completing other aircraft documents and preparing first article inspection reports as required;
  • Supporting troubleshooting and participating in quality surveys;
  • Compiling non-conformance technical data to launch SAP-based quality discrepancy sheets;
  • Documenting technical inspectors' results in the SAP-based IT system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems, drawing systems, and inspection coordination. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma/GED and FAA Airframe & Powerplant License (A&P), including inspection authorization;
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry, with a focus on structural components and assemblies;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP and SAL-based IT systems.
