Job Title: Hotel Guest Services Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This includes serving food and beverages, assisting guests with special needs, and providing information about hotel facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist guests with special needs, such as providing wheelchair assistance or helping with luggage.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and services, including room features, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Receive and deliver items and messages for guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, using hotel software and systems.
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area, including local restaurants, shops, and attractions.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, using excellent communication skills.
  • Clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the front desk team.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Client focus and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
