Job Title: Hotel Guest Services Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Guest Services Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of hotel supplies and amenities.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure.
