About the Role

Softchoice is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Support Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Research and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to senior support teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Post-secondary education, preferably in a field related to technology or customer service.
