We are seeking a Customer Success Advocate to join our team at beBee Professionals in Montreal. The ideal candidate will provide sales support to our customers, including responding to inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information to customers
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed
- Assist with other sales-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- Proven experience in sales support or customer service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
