Customer Support Advocate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Support Advocate to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Responsible for researching and resolving complex technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office tools - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in the IT industry an asset
- Fluency in English and French
- Post-secondary education obtained by a College, University, or one or more professional designations
