TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnering with a well-established company in the HVAC industry to find an experienced HVAC Sales Representative for their team in Kelowna.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a genuine desire to learn. This role involves a blend of Inside and Outside Sales responsibilities, including negotiating projects, providing design assistance, and resolving customer concerns.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Successfully negotiate and secure new contracts while maintaining a keen understanding of the market landscape.
  • Provide valuable feedback on bids and pricing to the Estimating team.
  • Carefully review purchase orders and bid documents to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Process orders, monitor deliveries, and effectively address any arising issues.
  • Represent the company at customer events and site meetings.
  • Train staff on sales processes and champion exceptional customer service.

What We Look For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong background in HVAC.
  • A University degree or College diploma.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
