HVAC Sales Representative Opportunity

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is collaborating with a well-established organization in the HVAC sector across North America. They are in search of a seasoned HVAC Sales Representative to enhance their workforce. The preferred candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, demonstrate self-motivation, and exhibit a keen interest in professional growth. This position encompasses a blend of Inside and Outside Sales responsibilities, which include negotiating contracts, offering design support, and addressing customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts and secure projects while staying informed about market trends
  • Provide insights on proposals and pricing to the Estimating department
  • Examine purchase orders and bidding documents to maximize profitability
  • Manage order processing, monitor deliveries, and resolve challenges
  • Participate in customer events and represent the organization at site discussions
  • Educate team members on sales methodologies and ensure exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on HVAC
  • Degree from a university or diploma from a college
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills and capability to perform under pressure
