Job Title: HVAC Sales Representative

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing your own projects, negotiating and landing work, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate and land work, with a strong understanding of the job market
Provide feedback to the estimating team on bids and pricing, including workload forecasting
Assist engineers with product selection and layout projects
Review purchase orders and bid documents to optimize profitability
Create PBY files for the support team to issue submittals
Process orders from customer lists in the absence of the support team
Manage and process change orders and site instructions, including pricing
Resolve discrepancies with customers or site contacts
Track orders and deliveries, providing ETA to customers
Notify customers when orders arrive and arrange delivery if required
Close out projects once complete, fully invoiced and maintenance documentation submitted

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (inside or outside sales)
University degree or college diploma
EIT classification is an asset
HVAC experience is required
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful
Professional approach to business and the workplace
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised
Strong work ethic, guided by personal integrity and mutual respect
