Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Figure Tax Corporation. As an integral part of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and confirmations with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer and redirect phone calls and messages in a timely manner
  • Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Coordinate conferences, meetings, and events
  • Procure office supplies and materials as needed
  • Prepare and dispatch documents, reports, and other communications
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment status
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours of work per week

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer:
