Behavioral Program Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Program Specialist to join our team at Reaching Milestones. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and implement skill acquisition programs for children with autism, while also supervising and mentoring a team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Skill Acquisition Programs: Design and develop individualized programs to teach learning, language, social, and adaptive behaviors.
- Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality program implementation.
- Clinical Software Utilization: Effectively use our in-house clinical practice software, RMAPP, to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Individualized Behavior Plans: Develop and implement customized behavior plans to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive outcomes.
- Company Meetings and Trainings: Participate in regular company meetings, training sessions, case reviews, and continuing education events to stay up-to-date on best practices.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- BCBA Certification required; state licensure if necessary.
This role operates in a professional, clinical environment, and may require occasional local travel. We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
