Office Operations Manager

Siam Thai Kitchen is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and aligned with company goals.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the efficient use of company resources.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
- 30 hours per week of work.
- Temporaire employment contract.
- Language of work: Anglais.
