Job Description

Siam Thai Kitchen is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and aligned with company goals.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the efficient use of company resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
Working Conditions
  • 30 hours per week of work.
  • Temporaire employment contract.
  • Language of work: Anglais.
