Office Operations Manager

Job Summary
The successful candidate will serve as a key support member of our team at Yard Holding Company, responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
- Determine and establish office routines and procedures to optimize performance.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
- Manage contracts and negotiate agreements to secure favorable terms.
- Respond to employee inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Perform data entry with precision and accuracy to support business operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve goals and objectives.
Work Environment
This role requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
