Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized administrative professional to join our team as an Office Operations Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, fielding inquiries and addressing concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and process orders to ensure a smooth-running operation.
  • Determine and implement efficient office procedures and routines, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Compile reports, data, and statistics, analyzing trends and making recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
