Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Royal Choice Immigration Consultancy Services Inc.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time position with 35 hours of work per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • They will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, establish priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including coordinating office services such as equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a benefits package that includes health insurance and retirement savings plan.
