Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to join our team at BEST CLEANERS INC. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. You will be required to work in English and answer electronic inquiries. Your tasks will include planning and organizing daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and establishing office procedures and routines.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent oral communication

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position with a permanent contract.
