Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at KFC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Operations and Administration: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
