Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at KFC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our customer needs.
    • Train and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and to maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement effective systems and procedures to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
    • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget and that we are achieving our financial targets.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve our service and products.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
    • Monitor and control the quality of our products, ensuring that they meet our standards and that we are meeting our customer expectations.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance, including sales, customer service, and quality control.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant environment
  • Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to stand for extended periods
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work under pressure
Working Conditions

The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
