Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Food Preparation and Quality Control: Ensure that our food meets our quality control standards, estimating ingredient and supply requirements, and maintaining accurate records of stock and sales.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare and submit reports, maintain records of stock and sales, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
