- Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve our service and to identify areas for improvement.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Monitor and control the quality of our food, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit regular reports on restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and customer feedback, using this information to inform our business decisions.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting
- Restaurant environment.
- Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Language
- English language proficiency.
