Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served efficiently and safely.
- Train and develop our team members, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 44 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
