SickKids Foundation is a leading charitable organization in Canada, dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children. We are seeking an experienced Development Coordinator to join our Philanthropy team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that makes a real difference in the lives of children. As a Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fundraising initiatives, including data management, event planning, and donor engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working with CRM databases.

We offer a competitive salary range of $49,353 - $58,060, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, tuition reimbursement, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM database
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
  • Provide administrative support to the Philanthropy team
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies
  • Build relationships with donors, volunteers, and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with CRM databases
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
