Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Director to join our team in the Manitoba Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading sales management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Manitoba Region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead sales management initiatives, including training and coaching sales teams to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Experience in sales management and training.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the construction and heavy machinery industry is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
