Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Director to join our team in the Manitoba Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading sales management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Manitoba Region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Lead sales management initiatives, including training and coaching sales teams to achieve sales goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  2. Experience in sales management and training.
  3. Ability to work independently and remotely.
  4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  5. Knowledge of the construction and heavy machinery industry is an asset.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
