Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as a Life Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet performance goals and sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, etc.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet performance goals and sales targets

Requirements:

  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers
  • Property and Casualty license, preferably obtained
