About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Operator to join our team at Sensient Technologies. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in supporting a wide range of activities for the production process, including packaging, cleaning, formulation, and material movement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate, weigh, and charge raw materials, and operate all processing equipment, including blenders, mixers, mills, and dryers, in accordance with established operating procedures.
  • Weigh and label finished products, complete all production documentation, and perform in-process quality analysis tests.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs and maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to standardized procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50lbs multiple times per day and work a 12-hour shift.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and operate equipment according to safety, environmental, and GMP standards.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with prior chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
