Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a kitchen environment is an asset.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
