Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at NPA WorldWide. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes that drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement methods for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.
  • Design and develop jigs and fixtures to streamline production workflows.
  • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
  • Source and procure spare parts to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
  • Plan and execute the setup of new machinery and equipment to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety standards and implement new processes to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in production.
  • Create maintenance schedules for new manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
  • Proficiency in Solid Works and MS Office to support production operations and data analysis.
