Strategic Marketing Leader for Healthcare Institution

About the Role
This is a senior-level marketing position within the Government of Canada - Western, responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Salary Range: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the organization's services and programs.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare partners and government officials.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
