Strategic Marketing Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Operations Leader to join our team at Aquent. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading and executing corporate and marketing communications projects from concept to completion.
This role is ideal for a seasoned project manager with a strong background in media coordination, communications strategy, and budget management. If you have experience collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, we encourage you to apply.
The successful candidate will have excellent project planning skills, including the ability to coordinate development, production, and distribution of corporate and marketing communications. They will also be able to act as the project lead for communication initiatives, ensuring timelines align with resources, and support the development of communication plans and recommend strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of corporate and marketing communications.

- Brief teams on project goals, review copy drafts, and route proofs for approval.
- Collaborate with media and advertising agencies to implement media plans, manage schedules, and allocate budgets.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets and track advertising schedules against the budget.
- SOURCE AND NEGOTIATE WITH SUPPLIERS, ANALYZE QUOTES, AND SELECT VENDORS FOR PROJECTS.
- OVERSEE PRODUCTION, ENSURING QUALITY AND ACCURACY IN ALL PHASES, FROM PROOFREADING TO PRE-PRESS CHECKS.
- MONITOR PROJECT BUDGETS, TRACK PROGRESS, AND REPORT ON PROJECT PHASES TO MANAGEMENT.
- ENSURE DELIVERY OF FINAL MATERIALS TO CLIENTS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in project and communications management.
- Expertise in print production, digital/social media, and communication strategies.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and time management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Adobe Suite).
The estimated salary range for this role is $40-$48 per hour, based on factors such as education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
