Total Rewards Operations Manager: Strategic Leadership

We are seeking a Total Rewards Operations Manager to join our Health, Wealth, and Mobility team. This role will play a critical part in developing inclusive leaders who enable growth and wellbeing for all. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the health and wealth leadership team, monitoring OKRs, and improving transparency across teams.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience working in Human Resources or a related field, with strong analytical and excel skills. They will also possess excellent communication skills, facilitation skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguity in an environment with competing priorities.
The estimated salary for this position is $103,500 - $135,900 annually, based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, permanent employees may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and other components of our total rewards offering, including extended health and dental benefits, paid time off, savings and retirement plan matching, and more.
This role is classified as hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy, with in-person collaboration and remote work opportunities.
