Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 10334090 Canada INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and maintain accurate records to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Training and Development: Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
