About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at HNM Food Services Inc O/A Red swan Pizza Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Recruit and hire food service staff, ensuring a diverse and skilled team
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at HNM Food Services Inc O/A Red swan Pizza Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet customer demands and maintain high standards. You will be part of a dynamic team, working together to deliver exceptional service and quality food.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English
