Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 10334090 Canada INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet or concession, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate data to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that we are meeting our business objectives.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be required to walk and stand for long periods, and you must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
