Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Manage Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure we are operating within our financial means.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail.
