- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent discipline) or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Membership in the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP or CIRA) is an asset.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Director of Human Resources or in a similar position.
- Experience in managing an SST mutual is an asset.
- Proficiency in French, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent team spirit and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, step back to solve problems fairly, and develop strategic plans.
- Proven versatility and autonomy, with experience in similar environments, ability to work independently in HR.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Communication and leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
- Comfortable working at both operational and strategic levels.
