HR Business Partner II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner II to join our Worldwide Operations HR team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Own programs that run across the broader HR team, including talent development, employee retention, and performance management.
- Understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization to support their development and growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and apply that knowledge to drive business results.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- More than 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
- Master's Degree or MBA in HRM is preferred.
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups, working in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment, and managing and leading employees is preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and experience with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates is preferred.
