About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner II to join our Worldwide Operations HR team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Own programs that run across the broader HR team, including talent development, employee retention, and performance management.
  • Understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization to support their development and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and apply that knowledge to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • More than 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
  • Master's Degree or MBA in HRM is preferred.
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups, working in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment, and managing and leading employees is preferred.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and experience with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates is preferred.
