CIMA Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Partner, Talent and Organizational Excellence to join our Training and Organizational Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management programs that drive business results and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Program Development: Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring a positive and enriching employee experience.
- Leadership Program Content Development: Participate in the revision of leadership program content, adapting existing content or creating new content as required, to meet the evolving needs of our business.
- Program Coordination and Facilitation: Contribute to the planning and coordination of leadership development program activities, providing support to participants and facilitating focus groups or group activities as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in an organizational development role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing skills development programs.
- Skills and Competencies: Customer-focused, team-oriented, and supportive, with excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills. Knowledge of talent management practices, including retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written), with the ability to interact with colleagues across Canada.
