Strategic HR Partner

Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC is seeking a driven and experienced HR Business Partner II to provide comprehensive support to our distribution centers across the country.
As an integral member of our Worldwide Operations HR team, you will play a key role in shaping a positive and productive work environment while driving business objectives.
This position demands strategic thinking, practical execution, and a passion for fostering employee growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies focused on talent management and organizational effectiveness within our dynamic operations setting.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless HR service delivery and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Design and execute programs that promote employee development, retention, and recognition, contributing to a high-performing workforce.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall performance within our distribution centers.
- Continuously analyze and refine HR policies and procedures to align with evolving business needs and best practices.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Master's Degree or MBA in Human Resource Management
- Experience supporting hourly employee populations within a distribution, manufacturing, or call center environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and experience managing large employee databases.
