About the Role

CIMA Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Partner, Talent and Organizational Excellence to join our Training and Organizational Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management programs that drive business results and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Program Development: Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring a positive and enriching employee experience.
  2. Leadership Program Content Development: Participate in the revision of leadership program content, adapting existing content or creating new content as required, to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  3. Program Coordination and Facilitation: Contribute to the planning and coordination of leadership development program activities, providing support to participants and facilitating focus groups or group activities as required.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in an organizational development role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing skills development programs.
  3. Skills and Competencies: Customer-focused, team-oriented, and supportive, with excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills. Knowledge of talent management practices, including retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
  4. Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written), with the ability to interact with colleagues across Canada.
