Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Wales McLelland Construction. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Task Management and Prioritization
- Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Organize and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient completion.
- Training and Development
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties.
- Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Problem-Solving and Quality Assurance
- Identify and resolve project-related problems and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure that all project work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Computer and Technology Skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
