Position Overview

Educational Requirements

The role is based in a warehouse setting, where the supervisor will manage various logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on warehouse activities.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of all computer systems and machinery.
  • Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and propose enhancements to boost productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and onboard new staff members.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on their roles and company policies.
  • Coordinate and arrange training programs for staff development.
  • Assign, review, and oversee work tasks among team members.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word is required.
Work Conditions

  • Capable of handling heavy loads, with a maximum weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Personal Attributes
  • Demonstrated initiative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
