We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Evertz Microsystems Limited.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide expert technical support to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or remote access
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and network infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to ensure accurate troubleshooting and resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field (asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
What We Offer

Evertz Microsystems Limited offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer:
