As a Senior Technical Support Specialist for Instrumentation and Analytical Products at ABB, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to external customers. This dynamic position requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities.

About the Role

This is a Hybrid work model position that contributes to the Process Automation and Measurements & Analytics team in the Canadian region. You will be accountable for ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently, recommending suitable solutions, and maintaining proactive communication with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and external teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests, ensuring end-to-end handling of the request.
  • Keep customers informed on issue status and clarify any doubts they may have.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Familiarity with Instrumentation and Analytical Products.
  • Experience in quoting technical products based on full cost models.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian Market regarding Instrumentation and Analytical Products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/SAP/AutoCad (a good asset).
  • College or University related studies.

Estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
