About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Specialist to join our logistics operations team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support warehouse cart provisioning and software installation
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of carts to customers
  • Document troubleshooting steps and instructions for efficient processes
  • Offer technical guidance to non-technical team members using clear and concise language
  • Implement automation tools in dynamic settings and manage code updates under version control
  • Utilize Jira for ticket tracking, Confluence for documentation, and OpsGenie for on-call coordination
  • Navigate cloud computing platforms like GCP and AWS, and leverage various services within these platforms
  • Set up and configure VPN solutions for remote connections to products and support clients
  • Use Android debug bridge (ADB) to troubleshoot errors and provide technical advice
  • Test RESTful API endpoints using Postman or gRPC endpoints using Kreya

About You:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in software support and related areas. Key qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of software support experience or related fields
  • Experience supporting hardware products and solid system-level knowledge
  • Programming or scripting skills, preferably in Shell or Python
  • Device configuration and new image/package deployments experience
  • Linux and Android OS expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
