Key Account Manager

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing existing client relationships, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders, including customer stakeholders and internal partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability on managed accounts.
  • Prepare and guarantee accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Travel to meet with customers, with a minimum of 20% annual travel required.
  • Manage both US and Canadian customer accounts, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience in the CPG, Foods, Beverage, or related industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
