Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders, including customer stakeholders and internal partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability on managed accounts.
- Prepare and guarantee accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Travel to meet with customers, with a minimum of 20% annual travel required.
- Manage both US and Canadian customer accounts, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong relationship building skills, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Experience in the CPG, Foods, Beverage, or related industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
