Overview of the Position:

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who is enthusiastic about human resources. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources, you will offer strategic guidance on employee engagement, workforce planning, and the creation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the attraction and retention of exceptional talent. The HRBP will align the global talent strategy with the organization’s goals to drive outcomes, define and facilitate the execution of talent processes and programs, and actively engage with functional leadership teams as a collaborator to the business. This role encompasses all aspects of international human resources, including organizational development, workforce optimization, performance management, training and development, and cultural transformation. The selected candidate will work closely with the corporate human resources team to ensure that HR initiatives empower employees within their client groups to be more effective and impactful in their roles, fostering a high-performing workforce.

The success of the Human Resources Business Partner will hinge on collaborating with business unit leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and provide resources that inspire individuals to enhance a culture of high performance. This individual will be results-driven, with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, and possess meticulous attention to detail while managing competing priorities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders as a strategic partner to develop and implement effective HR strategies and practices that support the strategic growth of the organization.
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development.
  • Work alongside the HR team in the ongoing development of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Promote and accelerate a culture of excellence where individuals feel engaged and motivated to achieve top results.
  • Design and implement people strategies aimed at diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to create value-added programs in training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
  • Support and contribute to fostering a diverse culture that encourages inclusion and belonging.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Strong business insight and a proven ability to deliver strategic solutions that align with overall company objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving workforce transformation and optimization.
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources at a business partner level, preferably in a global high-tech setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to conceptualize, analyze data, and effectively communicate trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to multitask and prioritize HR responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and executing impactful programs.
  • Service-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Familiarity with HRIS Systems.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
