We are seeking a skilled Business Development Communications Specialist to join our team at GREAT LAKES DENTISTRY.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, developing and implementing effective communications strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This permanent position is estimated to have an annual salary range of $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards in the area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing the organization in public forums, events, and media interactions;
  • Developing and executing comprehensive communications plans to promote the organization's brand and services;
  • Preparing and delivering educational programs, materials, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development;
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform communications strategies and optimize results;
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A post-secondary education from a college or CEGEP program lasting 1-2 years;
  • A minimum of 7 months of experience in a related field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications;
  • Working knowledge of marketing principles and practices;
