We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) specializing in office and building changes/upgrades/moves.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for selling our services to business owners and corporations in the Niagara Region, Burlington, London, and Hamilton areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make 75 calls per day to engage with potential clients
- Set meetings with decision-makers and develop relationships to close deals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate and interior design sectors
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commissions that can reach up to $80,000 - $90,000 annually
